One Case Report of the Adrenal hemorrhgic cyst

Abstract
This house wife, aged 38 years, was admitted to the Surgical Department of Severance Hospita on September 9, 1966 complaining of dull pain in the entire abdomen which was radiated to back 10 days, and abdominal distension 8 years in duration.
For the several months, she had been troubled with general malaise, loss of appetite and strenght. She noticed a small tender mass in the left loin about 8 years ago, just after her second baby delivary. Since the finding of the palpable mass, it has been growing gradually year by year.
Physical examination was negative except for a large palpable round mass in entire abdomen which was soft, cystic and baIlotable. It was mild direct tenderness without rebound. Homogram was 9.0 gm
and urine negative.
A plain film revealed the left kidney to be displaced below the right kidney by a large round partly calcified mass situated in entire abdomen. Retrograde pyelography revealed the same findings. The tentative dingnosis of a tumor in reproperitoneal region was made.
On September 28, 1966 the mass was exposed through left paramedian incision and was easily enucleated without removing of ipsilateral kidney. Convalccence was uneventful and the patient was discharged on Octerber 10, 1966.
Pathological report disclosed a hemorrhagic cyst, probably arised from adrenal, left side.
